Loch Duart has this month (March 2023) promoted Hazel Wade as their new Operations Director with immediate effect.
Hazel has worked with Loch Duart, which supplies their unrivalled Scottish Salmon to the world’s finest hotels and restaurants, for over 18 years. She has been Operations Manager with Loch Duart since 2019 and brings 20+ years of experience in the aquaculture sector to the role at a pivotal time when the company is expanding operations.
Talking about her new role Hazel Wade, Operations Director for Loch Duart, said:
“It’s rare to have a job where you get to see the results of your work grow in front of you, from tiny eggs into fit, healthy adult salmon. I’m thrilled to take on this role and to work with our dedicated farm teams to care for our salmon in this beautiful environment.
