OUR HOME

We’re privileged to rear our salmon surrounded by acres of unspoilt natural beauty. We’ve been farming in Sutherland, on the Scottish north west mainland, since 1999. And on the Hebrides since 2006.

THEN & NOW

BADCALL SALMON HOUSE

Built as a fishing station in the 1860s by the Duke of Sutherland, the salmon house at Badcall Bay is a lasting reminder of our coastal home’s enduring connection with salmon, as captured in this 1880 photo from pioneering photographer Ernest Beveridge.

Now the mainland headquarters for Loch Duart, we’ve continued this legacy by nurturing our Unrivalled Scottish salmon at these sites for over twenty years.

‘We understand the commitment involved in living and working in one of the last virtually untouched areas of the world.’

Mark Warrington, Managing Director, Loch Duart.
