Loch Duart Salmon has been working with food stylist, recipe developer and chef Bethany Ferguson to create some stunning dishes for the festive season.
Edinburgh based Bethany is passionate about creating recipes which taste delicious and look visually irresistible and was keen to work with Loch Duart Salmon to create a range of showstopper recipes in the lead up to Christmas and the holidays.
