Smoked Salmon Christmas Wreath  

Serves: 4-6
Prep time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 200g Loch Duart Double Smoked Salmon
  • Half a cucumber, peeled into ribbons
  • 100g radishes, finely sliced
  • ½ small red onion or 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 avocado, finely sliced
  • 70g garlic and herb soft cheese
  • 2 tbsps capers
  • 50g pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tbsp caviar
  • Fresh dill and cress to garnish
  • Lemon slices
  • Freshly ground pepper

Method:

Arrange the Loch Duart smoked salmon in a circle on a large platter then top with the various toppings and serve.
