Ingredients:
- 200g Loch Duart Double Smoked Salmon
- Half a cucumber, peeled into ribbons
- 100g radishes, finely sliced
- ½ small red onion or 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 1 avocado, finely sliced
- 70g garlic and herb soft cheese
- 2 tbsps capers
- 50g pomegranate seeds
- 1 tbsp caviar
- Fresh dill and cress to garnish
- Lemon slices
- Freshly ground pepper
Method:
Arrange the Loch Duart smoked salmon in a circle on a large platter then top with the various toppings and serve.
