We produce orders to demand and don’t keep a large stock of fish, so please order in good time to guarantee delivery on your favoured day. We send out all orders on a 24 hour delivery service through Parcelforce but occasionally orders may be delayed slightly.

We will email you to let you know when we have dispatched your order.

We guarantee that your order will reach you with a minimum 3 days shelf life.

All UK Mainland plus Highland & Islands deliveries are free of charge. There is a surcharge of £13.95 for Isle of Man & Channel Islands.

We mark our parcels as perishable and instruct the courier to leave them in a safe place.

Parcelforce deliveries are tracked, and you should receive updates by email or text, if you have given us these details. There is an option on the Parcelforce site to select a safe place.

We use frozen gel packs to keep the products cool during their journey. It is normal for them to defrost over the course of the journey but they, and the fish, should remain chilled. However, occasionally parcels do go astray and take an extra day or two, and if this happens and you are unhappy with the condition of your order, please get in touch and we will be happy to issue a refund.

We don’t accept returns but if your product is not to your satisfaction, please get in touch at [email protected] with a short explanation, and we will issue your refund.
